Delivery

Delivery can only be made within the UK.
As our candles are all hand poured and made in small batches, please allow, in some cases, up to 5-7 working days for your delivery. Some products will be created already therefore, we will be able to send within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Postage will be calculated at checkout and is sent 2nd class.

Refund / Returns

We hope you will love your products from us, however if you do need to return an item due to any damage, please do not hesitate to contact us. Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns where the care instructions have not been followed correctly. Therefore, please make sure that you take the time to read over your burning instructions to get the very best from your candles and wax melts.

Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of order. If you wish to do so then please email  contact@rosefarmcandles.co.uk

For a full refund the goods must not have reduced in value by handling etc. You must pay the return charges for the goods and will be reimbursed if the goods are faulty.

Please send all returns within 14 days to: The Farmhouse, Roseview, Leadburn, EH46 7BE. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

We will be unable to refund if it appears you have not used the product correctly in line with our safety guidance and care instructions supplied with each purchase. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing.
